Seemingly random murders on 3 continents are linked by an intriguing common element. The victims may have all been collaborators in the perpetration of The Nazi Holocaust. Known only as "The Rat", the cunning perpetrator of these killings is an elusive target for law enforcement. To catch him, a  hardened New York City detective partners up with a beautiful Hungarian investigator. Together they search the long hidden pasts of the victims in the hope of solving these crimes. But do they really want to find the killer?
